I expressed my concerns and Rob took the time to tell me his background, his way of doing business and the things that have changed from the former business that resided there. "Superb experience, highly professional, very nice waiting area, its like sitting in your living room. I have been there several times and it is always consistent quality. They are personable and take their time with each customer to thoroughly go over in detail what work is needed and why and go the extra mile to give you the best price it can possibly be. On a day when they knew they were going to have my car all day, they offered to take me home and pick me up later when it was done. Usually you only see that done at big car dealerships. If I have a car problem and I am stressing out, I never have to wait days, they get me in immediately to diagnose the problem. In closing, you are always going to get the same great service and positive attitudes every time. Go there and be stress free.

"I just purchased a used boat from Rob at this dealership and can't say enough. The price was fairly set between low and avg retail. Because the mooring cover was missing they reduced the price by the full replacement value, not a depreciated value. Before the final sale he adjusted the price even further becasue he found the cover more costly and told me up front. They provided me with all the info to purchase the replacement. I was down the road about a half hour when the trailer tire blew. Within an hour they were there with a new hub and tire, changed it and I was on my way. Not only did they not charge which was the right thing buth they left me the hub so I could have a spare. Very simply they were fair, honest, helpful and did the right thing. Exactly what you want when making your big purchase. Nice job, especially for someone that lives 4.5 hours away. Thank you."
